Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active and updates within 48 hours.
Damaged or Lost Packages Beearabia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
